The INK site has been abuzz with activity since the January demolition day. There are currently two important activities transpiring. The drill rig was delivered shortly after the land was cleared and has been diligently drilling ever since. Large holes are pierced around the perimeter of the site and are filled with concrete and steel creating a retaining wall.
Real estate is a finite resource - no one is making any more land - and the demand for this resource is always climbing. Owning a rental property can be an excellent way to build wealth, balance your investment portfolio and create some monthly cash flow. At its most basic, investing in real estate allows you to leverage the bank's money while your tenant pays down your mortgage. Essentially, someone else is paying for your investment!
The first construction milestone in INK’s history has been achieved. On January 19, 2017 the structure on INK’s site was demolished (with a bang) and the land was cleared to make way for building to commence. For an interesting tidbit of info, the small building stood on site for nearly two decades and was the original presentation centre for Battistellla’s Orange Lofts.
